Staff training closures
Once per month, the practice closes for 2 hours of staff training in the afternoon.

If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

If you require any assistance for your visit let us know at the time of booking your appointment or complete our online form in advance (select the admin query option) and we will do what we can to make your visit as pleasant as possible.
Holt Surgery
The purpose-built Holt Surgery is our main practice where the majority of our services and equipment is located.
All services offered on the ground floor and there is access to the first floor via a lift.
There are 2 designated disabled parking spaces next to the main entrance door and a further 2 in the main patient car-park.
There is some reserved parking for staff and an area for ambulances and paramedics.
Melton Surgery (branch site)
Our branch Surgery at Melton is a converted and extended chalet bungalow. It has 6 consultation rooms, a reception, and a waiting area.
The car park is tarmacked and there are 6 patient spaces and a disabled bay.
Access to the main entrance is via a ramp and all services are provided on the ground floor.
There is a disabled access toilet and baby changing facilities.
Blakeney Surgery (branch site)
Blakeney Surgery is a small converted 2 room bungalow.
Currently there are no appointments offered from Blakeney. It operates a drop-in reception and a medication ordering and collection site.
The car park is gravel and has 6 spaces.
Access to the building is via a small step.
There are no disabled toilet facilities. There are baby changing facilities in the patient toilet.
