Can a pharmacist help me?

When you arrive at the surgery

Information about our facilities and parking can be found here.

Check in for your appointment using our Check-in Screen. This helps reduce queues and waiting times.

If you have waited over 20 minutes after your appointment time, please let Reception know who will investigate the reasons for the delay.

If you arrive late for your appointment, it will hopefully still be possible to see you, but you may have to wait until the end of the clinician’s list.
