Staff Training

Thursday 4th December 2025 – Holt Medical Practice will be closed for staff training from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. Melton Constable Practice will be closed from 12pm to 3pm.

Patient warning – pedestrian crossing faint outside the surgery

The pedestrian crossing outside the front of the Holt Surgery is increasingly faint.

Please take extra care when driving in front of the Surgery and crossing the road. We are hoping it will be re-painted within the next 4 – 6 weeks.
