NHS App

The NHS App is a helpful tool to access your health information.
It allows you to see messages that your GP has sent you, order repeat prescriptions, and check your health records.

Getting started with the NHS app

NHS App registration using photo ID

NHS App registration without photo ID

If you are signing up for the NHS app without photo ID, it may ask for you for the following information:

If you need these please contact our Reception team who will be able to send this to you via email.

Don’t have a smartphone or tablet? You can still use the NHS app on a computer!
