We are a General Medical Services (GMS) Practice and part of a One Stop Primary Care Service based on the Kelling Hospital site in Holt, with branch surgeries at Blakeney and Melton Constable. This means we deliver healthcare alongside voluntary agencies and other community staff including Community Nurses, Health Visitors, Therapists and other professions allied to medicine.
