Patients may require blood tests either because the Hospital has requested them as part of ongoing care or because a GP/Nurse has requested them as part of care provided by the Surgery.

Hospital Blood Tests

If you have been asked to have a blood test by the hospital, then you can book a blood test appointment at Cromer Hospital, The Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Kings Lynn or James Paget University Hospitals Great Yarmouth.

GP Surgery Blood Tests

If you require a blood test as part of your care at Holt Medical Practice, (not requested by the hospital) then you can book a blood test appointment at the Surgery via our regular booking line: 01263 712461 or you ca attend the NHS Norwich Walk-in-Centre for a sit and wait appointment.
