Practice Information
Prescriptions
Repeat medication requests take 72 working hours to process. During the COVID pandemic some medications can take longer to source. It would be helpful if you are able to request your medication one week prior to running out.
Appointments
We are limiting all avoidable footfall into the Holt, Melton and Blakeney Surgery to protect our patients and staff. Where possible, consultations will be carried out on the telephone. All requests for face to face appointments will be screened by a Receptionist who will ask you questions. All patients seeking entry to the Surgery will be screened for COVID symptoms on arrival. If you feel your appointment is no longer necessary please telephone the surgery to let us know, as the extra capacity would be useful. Thank you for your help and understanding during this difficult time.
If you have a fever or a new continuous cough you should visit 111 online and self-isolate for 7 days. Please do not come to the Surgery. We are doing all we can to continue to provide a primary care service for all our patients.
