Wednesday 13th May – Holt Medical Practice will be closed for staff training from 12:30pm. Melton Constable Practice will be closed from 12pm. Both practices will re-open at 3pm.
Advanced Notice: There will be building works at Melton Surgery on Wed 13th May. During this time, patient access to the Surgery will be limited and via the fire exit at the front of the building, in the patient car park.
